What is the refund policy?

Due to most of my courses being digital products with instant access materials, these are not eligible for refunds.

Payment Plans

When you sign up for a payment plan, you are spreading the total cost of a course across a number of months, and you have agreed to pay the entire amount. This is not a subscription that you can cancel at any time, and payments will be collected automatically. If you cancel your payments, your payment card expires or remove the ability for us to collect the remaining balance(s) in any way, you will receive a warning email from Teachable asking you to update your payment information. If this is ignored, your access to the course and any other materials will be revoked.

What does 'lifetime access' mean?

Once you have purchased one of my pre-recorded courses and set up your account on the online course system, there is no time limit for you to access the course material. Of course, the courses may not be available on this course system forever (in case of course 'retirement' - see below), but if I someday 'retire' the course, I will give at least 7 days warning for you to download the content before the courses are taken offline.

Will the courses be regularly updated?

byRosanna Ltd is not obliged to keep any online courses up to date with new information. The courses are deliberately priced at a lower price point in order to stay affordable for small business owners, and so it is not financially viable to guarantee course updates as new information comes out. However, byRosanna Ltd may update the courses from time to time with updated information as a bonus.

What happens when a course is retired?

byRosanna Ltd has the right to retire all online courses at any point, making them unavailable for future purchases and taking the material off the online course system. byRosanna Ltd will provide a minimum of 7 days warning of course retirement for any students, allowing them to download the course material to their own devices before they are removed from the online course system.

Results Disclaimer

Your investment and success is important to me, and these courses are designed to support you and provide the tools & steps you need to see results. That being said, I cannot guarantee results upon you purchasing my courses as there are so much individual factors that are outside my control (eg. personal circumstances, motivation levels etc.). Therefore individual outcomes will vary, and my case studies & testimonials are only a demonstration of what is possible.

The contents of all my courses are subject to copyright of my business, byRosanna Ltd. When you purchase a course, this entitles you to access the materials, but you may not share or distribute the contents with anyone else. You may not share your Teachable login details with anyone else to provide access for additional people without express permission from myself (byRosanna Ltd).
